Recites: conveyance of this and other land by John Guldeford and others to Samuel Jeake the elder of Rye, gent, 30 Jun 1656; conveyance by Samuel Jeake to Lewis Gillart the elder of Rye, merchant, 29 Jan 1661; mortgage for £200 at 6% by Lewis Gillart to Samuel Jeake, payable at the house of Richard Hartshorne, gent, in Middle Street, Rye, 16 Jan 1673; assignment to Allen Grebell of Rye, gent, 24 Dec 1675; probate of Allen Grebell's will of 30 Jul 1680 by his sister Martha Grebell; assignment by Martha Grebell to RS for the £100 then owing, 19 May 1688
