1 Land on which the park pales and fences between LS's Broyle Park and WG's Plashet Park stand, as far as the two parks adjoin, with the pales and fences, and all LS's land, timber, wood and underwood on the Pashet Park side of the park pales, with the liberty of setting up props, shores and posts on the Broyle Park side of the pales for their strengthening and support, with sufficient rough timber to repair the pales

 

2 Land on which the park pales and fences between LS's Broyle Park and WG's Bentley Farm in Framfield and Little Horsted, lately occupied by Ann Payne, widow, stand, as far as they adjoin, with the pales and fences, and all WG's land, timber, wood and underwood on the Broyle Park side of the park pales, with the liberty of setting up props, shores and posts on the Bentley Farm side of the pales for their strengthening and support
