Bequeaths those farms, the manor of Newick and Chailey, and the manor of Uphill with messuages and land in Uphill, Weston super Mare, Bledon and Oldington in Somerset to kinsman John Board the elder of Lindfield, esq, Walter Burrell of Lindfield, gent, and Walter Gatland of Cuckfield, yeoman, in trust to raise portions for his daughters Elizabeth, Margaret, Mary and Joan Board, remainder to his son William Board; legacy to the son of his son Richard Board, deceased

 

Bequeaths messuage and 87a called Floods in Hurstpierpoint, occupied by William Weeks, and a barn and 24a called Awell in Ardingly, occupied by Edmund Davey, to his daughter Susannah Board
