TG covenants to pay SM £200 on the marriage, a further £50 within six months of the death of his wife Margaret Goldham and a further £50 within six months of his own death and that of his mother Elizabeth Goldham, widow

 

SM covenants to bequeath the above sums to MG or to their children if she be dead
