Tenement, barn and 25a called The White Down, 6a wood or coppice and a piece of brookland called Crabb Brook (9a) in Westfield, occupied in 1720 by John Tassell, John Parker and JM

 

Recites: settlement on the marriage of WB and JM's youngest daughter Elizabeth, granting a payment of £400 to WB on JM's death should any of their children be then living, secured by a lease for 500 years from JM's death, Sep 1720; now WB assigns the lease and JM leases the property to JB to secure the payment
