Messuage, barn, stable, outhouses, buildings, orchard, garden and one piece of land (1a) in Wadhurst, occupied by TK

 

Recites: will of EH bequeathing the messuage to SH for life, remainder to their heirs in tail, remainder to TR, 8 Feb 1700; death of EH leaving two sons Thomas and Edmund Hodsoll, as security against whose interest their grandfather Thomas Reeve the elder of Riverhead in Sevenoaks, timber-merchant, has conditionally granted TK three messuages in Riverhead by deed of 9 Jan 1705
