JM's messuages and land in Sedlescombe, Westfield, Brede and Udimore, settled by JM's grandfather Joseph Mercer on the marriage of Robert Mercer and Mary Miller, 3 May 1710, which by their deaths have descended to their eldest son JM, except those parts which, under his father's will, he is to convey to his brother Thomas Mercer

 

JM and MW to convey by fine to HM and MM to secure an annuity of £50 for MW's jointure
