1 Land called Headacres and Halers in Westfield, quitrent 5s 4d

 

2 Tenement called Motkins in Sedlescombe, quitrent 2s 6d

 

3 Messuage at Sedlescombe Street, quitrent 1s 6d

 

4 Croft called Mertonstone in Sedlescombe, quitrent 1s 0d

 

And is re-admitted, to pay heriot and fine of 12d certain for each tenement; PF granted the wood and underwood on each tenement and on the adjoining waste with liberty to cut them down, liberty to pull down, erect or set up any building and to let the tenements to farm without licence
