1 Messuage, stable, garden, orchard, close and piece of land called Foords otherwise Bessells (1a), occupied by JL, at the west end of the town of Mayfield

 

2 Piece of land called Sawkins Croft (3a) adjoining 1, assart copyhold of the manor of Mayfield Aynscombe, occupied by JL, near Bessells Pond

 

3 £1000, bequeathed to LB by her father JB but not yet paid

 

4 £300, payable to LB out of lands and tenements in Westfield and Brede
