Recites: lease to RM, 27 Nov 1710 (AMS 1456), which will expire on 25 Mar 1724; representations by RM in the negotiations for a new lease that it would be to his advantage in manuring the farm if he could have the underwood of the above woods, carrying chalk or lime by the same means by which he carried out the wood; lease to RM for 12 years from 25 Mar 1724, 31 Oct 1723
