Fee-farm rent of £5 15s 0d payable by WB in respect of five pieces of fresh marsh land near the dyke in East Guldeford, occupied by Jeremiah Curteis, conveyed to WB by RG, his uncles Thomas Guldeford and Joseph Guldeford of Hempsted, George Choute of Bethersden in Kent, bt, and Nathaniel Pigott of the Inner Temple, esq

 

RG covenants to discharge WB from liability for the remainder of the fee-farm rent of £66 13s 4d charged on the marsh by a conveyance from the crown to RG's ancestor John Guldeford, kt, 24 Oct 1552
