The Upper Monninges Field (8a 1r 30p) adjoining the road, The Lower Monninges Field (4a 2r 8p) adjoining the house of William Bawcombe and the road, part of Giffordes Land, land lately grubbed up called The Monninges Wood (5a 1r 27p), three pieces called The Musinges otherwise Mysinges Fields (14a), an adjoining piece of wood (1a 0r 36p), in all 33½a in Brightling and Dallington, occupied by RR and William Bawcombe (N: road from Dallington to Darvell Hole; E: land held by [blank] Crane in the right of his wife, land of John Gyles, clerk; E, S: WM's Musinges wood, lately purchased from RR [AMS 1343]; W: The Holy Field or Old Barn Field and two fields called The Meadows, all part of Giffordes Farm)
