The firm was founded in 1892 at Falmouth Street by Horatio Holland. After his death in 1941 the business was taken over by his manager, T.S.A. Morley. A limited company was incorported in 1941 with T.S.A. Morley and his brother R.J. Morley as the director. The firm went into liquidation in 1994. |
