This collection consists of working account books of T. Rodwell and Son (later, B.T. Rodwell), shoeing and general smiths, cycle agents and repairers, and motor and agricultural engineers. The entries are extremely detailed and include work for parish Surveyors of the Highways, also (in later volumes) references to motor car and motor cycle repairs and maintenance. There is considerable overlap of date between the ledgers.
