Conveyances to new trustees of all lands belonging to Barkham's, Hickes's and Hodges's charities as in DD\WBS 1, the property in Wells being described as four mess. and the Angel Inn on the north side of Chamberlain Street then converted into two mess. and a garden plot, 3 yds. of arable in Walcombefield on the east of the church pathway from Wells to Walcombe, 3 yds. of meadow on the west side of Bristolway leading to Walcombe, mess. in High Street, house in East Wells, cottage in East Wells, 2a. meadow at the upper end of East Wells above Horse Pool with Londonway on the north 'right over the way where sometime stood a cross called Joyce (sic) Cross'.
