Hundred of Glaston 12 Hides Constables and Jurors' presentment of the road between Somers Weere Bridge and town of Glastonbury with sketch plan showing Thorney Weare Bridge, the Steaning at Northload Bridge, Bendicks Bridge, Northover Bridge, Pons Perilous Bridge and the mill between Bendicks and Northover Bridges, 1685. Survey by R. Bayley 1788 and Jos. Wollen 1809 giving number on plan, tenant's name, field names, computed and statute acreage, value per acre and per annum, quantity of timber, 1788 section includes 3 plans of property in Wells, 1809 section has notes on state of repairs etc., plan of estates in Henstridge, Pylle, East Pennard and Glastonbury, n.d. but c.1788; survey of annual value of Henstridge, East Pennard, Lympsham and Norwood Park estates by Joseph Hancock 1796, giving field names, cultivation, acreage, value per acre and per annum, tenant's name; survey of repairs needed to property in Lympsham, Glastonbury, Pylle, EastPennard and Henstridge 1771 and 1845; plan of estate at Lympsham by R Bayley 1789 and particular valuation and survey of repairs needed there 1848; valuations of houses in High Street, Wells 1809, 1826 and of estates at Pylle 1830 and East Wells 1831; memo of repairs needed at Norwood Farmhouse 1827, plan and covering letter by Joseph Hippisley, surveyor, 1835; particular of estates at Glastonbury, EastPennard, Pylle, Henstridge, Lympsham, Mark and Wells, giving tithe numbers, 1847, particular of property held on 99 year leases, 1858.
