The maps show (according to the colour key) 'land in hand', 'on lives', 'freehold', and 'Church', and bear a field numeration (but not field names) which corresponds with that of the 1828-39 surveys [no. DD/PO/83], and it is possible that they were prepared circa 1828.

The date given in the watermark is 1819.

Headfile of thirteen coloured maps corresponding to nos. DD/PO/(1) to (5) and DD/PO/(7) to (14) listed above, and giving both field names and numeration.

These maps are undated and differ in detail and occasionally in area from those described above, for which they may have formed a working basis. The field numeration corresponds in some measure with that given in the 1825 [no. DD/PO/81] survey, and it is possible that the maps were prepared in that year.

A spare copy exists of the map of Barrow Hill Farm, Farmborough, corresponding to No. DD/PO/(2) listed above.

Headfile of ten outline maps corresponding to nos. DD/PO/(17) to (24) above, and part of no. DD/PO/(16), and including also a map of Chelwood Park Farm [not listed above].

These maps are undated, and give only a field numeration which corresponds with that in the 1825 [no. DD/PO/81] survey. The paper on which they are drawn is similar to that contained in the headfile described above.
