Paper volume, being a register of 'Lands and Buildings of the Houndstreet Property outstanding for leases on lives' and 'Lands and Woods in hand', relating to properties in Chelwood, Compton Dando, Farmborough, Marksbury, and Publow.

 

Giving in tabular form, names of tenants, brief description of properties, acreage, dates of leases, names and ages of existing 'lives', rents, and heriots, with observations (added) consisting mainly of notes on land tax, and on the determination of leases, 1844-62.
