Paper account, headed 'John Farmer in account with Mrs. Mary Hutton', and endorsed 'Nyland General Account 1817'; two papers endorsed 'Nyland Rental 1815' and 'Nyland Rents 1815, 1816 and 1817' respectively; and two bundles of vouchers, 1816-18.

The 1815-17 rental gives only occupiers' names, and amounts, but that for 1815 includes also a note of the properties.
