Rates, property and land tax, purchase of oats and straw for the coach stables, labour and service (timber-cutting, mole-catching, thatching, glazing, gate-making, surgeon's attendance, etc.), payments to various subsidiary accounts (farm, house-keeping, etc.), and purchase of various items (coal, nails, paint, malt, hops, etc.).
