Daniel, sen. and jun., and others, the plaintiff disputing his expulsion from partnership in the firm John Freeman and Copper Co. and the valuation of partnership property.

 

The Co. was said to have been formed in 1742 and worked principally at the White rock copper works in Swansea (Co. Glamorgan), but also at Stanton Drew, Pensford and Bitton as in 103, 104 above. Plaintiff was a great-grandson of the original John Freeman.
