Original Will of Chas. Pyne of Curry Mallet, esq., 1 Apr. 1715, devising his manor of Pitney Lortie, manor of Northall and Isle Abbots, mess. with 21 a. in Fivehead (lately purchd. of Peter Glassbrooke, gent.), 4 a. called Swethams and dw. house, and 1 a. mdw. with beast leazes in Millmore, Otterham, Isle Abbots Wood and Burnards Hill in I.A. (purchd. of Saml. and Marmaduke Podger) to son John Pyne, and wife Frances, with bequests to wife Frances, son John and dau. Amy (now wife of John Cozen).
