Petition to the House of Lords by Warwick Bampfeild, John Winter senior, esquires, and Sir John St. Barbe, knt., all nephews and the first two surviving executors and trustees of Henry Rogers, concerning the division of his property; (reciting, inter alia, a Decree in Chancery, 1682, obtained by Alexander Popham, son of Sir Francis Popham by Helena, daughter and heir of Hugh Rogers), undated.

 

Bond by John Wynter to Warwick Bampfield, for the payment of the moiety of the costs of maintaining the Will, and preserving the estate of Henry Rogers, 1687/8.

 

Deed of Settlement (Appointment of new trustees) of Porlock Charity, between John Phelps and others, and William Blathwayte and others; (reciting, inter alia, a Conveyance, 1689/90, in pursuance of a Decree in Chancery, 1689, to Alexander Popham and others of farms and lands in Winsford, in trust for the application of the rents towards maintaining the poor of Porlock), 1726/7. (Two nineteenth century copies).
