Thomas has acknowledged this day before Sir John Baldwyn knt. Lord Chief Justice of the Common Please by escript obligatory of Statute of the Staple to William Hynton £200 payable in the feast of Pentecost next

 

Defeazance on payment of £90 at or before 26 March 1546 or else to permit William Hynton, his executors or assigns to take a yearly £12 out of lands and tenements called Haddokskey in the parish of St Dunstans in the East, the tenants to pay the £12 until the £90 is paid at one entire payment
