Marginal note in pencil against the coppice "now sold to R.N.P. for £400"

Opinionby Thomas Salt, 9 May 1832, that as the property to be sold to Mr Pemberton was not described before 1825 so that it can be identified, he should be satisfied with the affidavits of disinterested persons or otherwise that the property was comprised in the former surrenders and admittances. It should be proved that Elizabeth Bright wife of Samuel Bright of the Red House was the person previously described as Elizabeth Bright spinster

Pencil note "Shunrah Cruxton of Ch Stretton Gent aged - & upward has known the Dale Acres for - years & upwards"

Pencil note against 1st abstract "Gough Coppice not mentd."
