1. Hon John Montagu commonly called Lord Viscount Hinchingbrook

 

2. Sir Robert Gunning of Horton co. Northampton Bart & K.B.

 

3. Owsley Rowley of Huntingdon esq

 

4. Thomas Dunn of Lincolns Inn co. Middx. gent

 

(1) & (2) agree that (3) & (4) shall stand possessed of £450 3% consols in trust for tithes payable to the Vicar of Preston for a farmhouse & closes in Preston called Westhaile conveyed to (2) by (1) by an indenture of even date
