Lady Caroline Fitzhardinge Maxse of 49 Grosvenor Street, co. Middlesex, widow £10,000 paid to (1) & £15,000 to (2) Mortgage of Manor or lordship of Horton co. Northampton Manor house or capital messuage of Horton with appurtenances & messuages, farms, lands, tenements & hereditaments in 2nd schedule and all other hereditaments comprised in indenture of 23 October 1852 Manor or lordship of Quinton co. Nortampton with capital messuage and site of the Manor of Quinton and messuages, farms, lands, tenements & tithes situate, lying or arising in Quinton, Courteenhall and Preston co.
