QUITCLAIM by Thomas fil.Henrici Mallore of Kirkeby to John le Botiler of Caastre[sic], of an annual rent of 30sh. which the latter is accustomed to pay for land in the vill of Caastre[sic] which he holds from him, for one penny of annual rent due annually at Easter. For which quitclaim John has remitted to Thomas his claim and right of demand by reason of warranty to two parts of a messuage and two parts of 40 acres of land in the same vill, which messuage and land Margery the daughter of Thomas Mallore claimed against the same John, and, by assize de mort d'ancestre, and by consideration of the King's Court, recovered from the abovesaid Thomas
