QUITCLAIM by John Cheyne, Knt., Thomas Stok, clerk, rector of Eston, Thomas Peke, chaplain, and John Edenham lately of Staunford to John Frebern, of Eston, Roger Yonge and Robert Whitehed of Eston, of a messuage with crofts, a waste cottage, and 55 acres of land, all in Castre, which they had by feoffment of Thomas Edenham and John Warde.
