Description:

NOTARIAL INSTRUMENT of William de Blemory, public notary of Toul in France setting forth the last will of Thomas Eston, of England, written in French and now, at the request of Katharine his widow, translated into Latin, dated 31 Dec. 1475, whereby he bequeaths to the said Katharine all his houses, lands, etc. in England. He gives to the church of St.Mary de Verlex, a crown to be paid from his house at Caister, and wishes to be buried in the church of Fraines. He makes Lord William de Puise and the said Katharine his executors.
