LEASE by John Eston, of Castre, to Thomas Wareyn, of Eyllesworth, John Graungere, William Melton, tayllour, and William Laye, of his manor there [Castre] and all lands thereto belonging with 12 "tenantries" of the said John in the same vill: for a term of 4 years, with all rents and farms of the said manor and "tenantries" (the names of the tenants being given on the dorse of this lease) till the sum of £53.6sh.8d. be raised and faithfully paid; of which the said John has paid to the above lessees £16 of the greater sum.
