DEFEASANCE of F(M) Charter 525 grant on condition that if the said Thomas Eston pay yearly to the said John £8.13sh.4d. and each year at Christmas 3 yds. of good woollen cloth for his clothing for a term beginning at Michaelmas last past and if the said Thomas pay the said John at Midsummer next £10. in part payment of 52 marks, then the said Thomas, William, William and Nicholas grant to the said John all the lands cited in F(M) Charter 525.
