GRANT by William Kynwoldmerssh, Thomas Brake, clerk, and John Brake, of Castre, to Elizabeth Wykes, of the same, of an annual rent of 60sh. arising from the lands, etc. which were lately her's for term of her life, in Castre - Also, a chamber in their principal tenement in the eastern head of the hall, with free entry and exit, and that tenement called Cordeleplace with lands etc. as John Rawlyn formerly held the same, which chamber the said William Thomas and John shall keep in repair at their own costs, but Elizabeth shall keep in repair Cordeleplace.

NOTE: The dorse of this deed has been used for an account for clothes, etc. purchased. The name of John Foke, of Aylesworth, and the date 28 Hen.VI. Sund. bef. F.of St.Gregory [8 May 1450] in connection with an account of John Skynnere appear.
