Description:

GRANT by Robert fil.Ranulphi de Castre to Mabel his daughter, of one part of his toft in the vill of Castre, which is between the King's way leading to the ford of Castre and the toft of Ranulph Palmer - and three roods of arable land in the fields of Castre, lying at Redelond, Hayshend, etc. To hold to the said Mabel from the altar of St.Kyneburge of Castre "and from Robert de Bouethoun and his heirs", paying yearly for the said land one penny on the day of St.Kyneburga by name of free ware, and for the part of the toft on the same day on the altar of St.Kyneburga one halfpenny by name of free ware; And Mabel and her heirs shall cause to be celebrated every year two masses after the death of the said Robert for his soul, etc.
