GRANT by Ralph fil.Rogeri de Castre to Ralph fil.Simonis de Castre, of seisin of his land, although he be not of perfect age, which he, the first named Ralph gave to the above Simon on his free marriage with Alice his daughter, as the charter which the said Simon and Alice hold from him shows; for which grant Ralph, Simon's son has given 2sh.sterling "and a half".
