GRANT by Symon Herwart of Glington and Matilda his wife, to Bernard Pycworthe and Beatrice his wife, of a messuage in the vill of Castre, near St.Andrew's lane, abutting on the King's way, in exchange for a messuage which the said Bernard and Beatrice have granted to them in Eylisworth for which the said Symon and Matilda shall pay yearly 8d. and the service of one man for one day in August.
