GRANT by Thorald fil.Will.Cordel to Ralph fil.Bartholomei de Castre, of a messuage in the vill of Castre and a meadow there, at a rent of one silver mark in aid of the celebrations of a St. Mary mass in the church of Castre, as long as there shall be a priest there to perform it. And if there shall be no such priest the money is to go to the Friars Minor of Stanford by the hands of Robert de Boveton and William Thorold.
