GRANT by Cristiana, widow of Thomas Mallore, of Kyrkeby to Robert le Botiler de Castre of all the lands and tenements which she obtained in the vills of Castre and Eylesworth by inheritance from Geoffrey de Segrave her brother; to hold to the said Robert in fee farm, etc. for ever, with all apurtenances, to wit, in meadows, woods, feedings and pastures and in all other places common to the said vills, paying yearly to the said Cristiana 30sh. for all services, so, however, that the said Robert, his heirs and assigns acquit and defend the said lands, etc. against all people from all services foreign and notforeign [sic], suits of courts and other things which may in any way be demanded in respect of the said lands, etc.
