(1) Nicholas Bowton of Wolwyche Kent, Esq.

 

(2) Thomas Sakevile of Risele Beds gent.

 

If (2) pays to (1) £100 within 20 years then B & S, & Statute of Staple by which (2) was bound to (1) in £200 to be void & (1) grants to pay to Joan Sakevile widow mother of (2) an annuity of 40s from Manor of Finedon & (1) covenants that he will pay 40s to (2) & his children etc.

 

(1) grants that if he has peaceful possession then Statute of Staple to be void.
