In 1950 the arrangement of Coventry in two Parliamentary constituencies (East and West, since 1945) was replaced by three constituencies, East, North and South, so that the former Coventry North Divisional Labour Party became the Coventry North Constituency Labour Party. The records, principally minutes, described in the following list basically date from the establishment of this new Constituency Party.
