Historical Note

 

The West Bromwich Afro-Caribbean Resource Centre was formed in 1984 by four Afro-Caribbean organisations to cater for the local Afro-Caribbean community.

 

The Centre is managed by a committee which includes representatives of Sandwell M.B.C. and the founding organisations.
