Whereby, in consideration of £45, E. Pearson (described as in PA 353/7/7) sells to Charles Kellam (of 29, Mason Rd., Coventry, aircraft fitter) 512 sq. yd. (located next to PA 353/7/15's premises) as shown on an attached plan; with right of passage in the first instance as in PA 353/7/15, in the second upon the same terms as is that deed but referring to the land on the other side of PA 353/7/16's premises (adjoining PA 353/7/17's); the other clauses are as in PA353/7/15.
