Whereby, firstly, the Hugheses will convey to A. G. Smith (all described as in 353/19/117), in consideration of £850 (paying a £10 deposit), the grocery, provisions and general business maintained by them at 67, Harnall Lane East; secondly to (fourthly) as the second, fourth and fifth clauses of 353/19/117; and (fifthly) the Hugheses will transfer the benefit of all existing contracts and may rescind the agreement if it shall not be completed.
