Description:

Whereby, firstly, Elizabeth and William Bertram Hughes (of 67, Harnall Lane East, Coventry) will convey to Arthur Grendon Smith (of 151, Grayswood Ave., Coventry) scheduled premises for £2,250 (paying a £10 deposit); secondly, a further deposit will be paid; thirdly, the vendors will prove their title; fourthly, the purchase will be completed at the offices of Claud Payne & Co., solicitors, 24, Wawick Row, Coventry; fifthly, the agreement will incorporate the Law Society's Common Form Conditions; and sixthly, the vendors may rescind the transaction if the purchase fails to complete.
