Whereby, in consideration of £55, E. Pearson (described as in PA 353/7/7) sells to Joseph Thrasher Sidwell (of 369, Old Church Rd., Coventry, engineer) a parcel of land (part of PA 353/7/7's) covering 1,202 sq. yd. near Spring Rd. as shown on attached plan; with right of passage over a way (coloured green on the plan), paying proportionately for upkeep, also over a brown-coloured joint pathway (allowing the vendor use of the "blue" contiguous pathway) on the plan, but without right of light or air; the purchaser may inspect PA 353/7/7's engrossment.
