Description:

Whereby, supplementarily to a lease of 18th. May, 1935 (made between E. Laxon & Co. Ltd. and T. R. Norton, demising 10, Bishop St. for a decade from 25th. Dec., 1934), having recited T. R. Norton's death and probate as in 353/19/43, firstly, C.E.D. Norton (described as in 353/19/46), as T. R. Norton's personal representative, transfers to C.M.D. Lawrence (described as in 353/19/46) the premises for the residue of the term; and secondly, the assignee will indemnify the assignor from future rent-claims.
