Description:

Whereby she demises to the use of her daughter, Ann Proctor, her Spon End messuage, (lately occupied severally by Henry Gough, Thomas Smith and Sarah Brooks, widow); to the use of her daughter Mary (wife of Mr. Joseph Gibbs). is given the testatrix' Fleet St. house (inhabited by Joseph Price, Richard Vaughan and Thomas Lightbown): her daughter Ann receives £150 and is bequeathed the testatrix' personalty equally with Mary, her co-executrix. Copy examined with the original, 8th. Nov., 1783.
