Description:

Supplementary to 353/17/1 whereby, having recited:- firstly, 353/17/4; secondly, the will's proving on 26th Mar., 1944 at Birmingham; thirdly, the entitlement of B. Dobbs (described as in 353/17/) to G.F. Dobbs' share of the business; and fourthly, the deceased's share's amounting to £241/19/- (as shown on the 28th Feb., 1943 balance-sheet): therefore, firstly, in consideration of £400, B. Dobbs and J. Rudd (of 11 Aldermans Green Rd., Coventry, colliery deputy) as executors, and C.D. Dobbs (of 5, Aldermans Green Rd., widow), beneficiary, assign G.F. Dobbs' share to B. Dobbs as surviving partner; secondly, B. Dobbs covenants to indemnify the executors against claims made upon the partnership.
