Whereby, having recited:- firstly, PA 353/5/7; secondly, J. Mallabone's default on £105 due plus costs: therefore, in consideration of £100, A. Cochrane (described as in PA 353/5/7) conveys the fifth of a moiety of the premises (described as in PA 353/5/2) to Rev. John Mallabone Eustace (of Wimbledon, Surr., clerk in Holy Orders).
