Whereby, leaving recited: - firstly, PA 353/1/39's original; secondly, the fact of the deed's dependance thereon; thirdly the mutual assurance of W.E. Reeve and Sarah his wife (described as in PA 353/1/33) of their hereditaments: therefore, in consideration of £1,400, the Reeves sell to Henry Tomlinson (of Coventry, provision-merchant) the three Fleet St. messuages (whereof the "George IV", described as in PA 353/1/34 and bounded as in PA 353/1/31, is now occupied by Thomas Beech, one tenement by Joseph Hitchens and John Weston, and the other by William Jeffs) subject to the right of passage detailed in PA 353/1/31. Margination of the deed's acknowledgement by S. Reeve before commissioners.
